Want to build your own Post-Frame building? we are now offering complete post frame kits. These buildings consist of top of the line 29 Gauge Fabral steel, & Trim. These Kits include all of the material needed, however the builder will have to cut the lumber and metal components for an exact fit.

The metal material consists of Roof steel, side-wall steel, end-wall steel, base trim, J-trim, eave trim, corners, rake, ridge cap, ACQ tape, closures, 1-1/2" & 2" screws, and stainless steel screws for Treated lumber.

The lumber on these buildings include 2x6 treated ground contact boards for the posts, 2x8 treated Ground Contact bottom girts, 2x6 side & end-wall girts, 2x4 purlins, stamped engineered trusses (rated for a ceiling load), 2x4's for corner blocking & purlin blocking, 2x6's for window, door, and garage door frame-outs. 2x6 Jack braces & Corner braces, and 2x4 wind bracing in the top chord of the trusses.

These prices do not include windows, walkdoors and garage doors. We have these in different sizes and qualities, call for pricing if you are interested in any of these items.

Optional items not included in these kits include:

Cupolas, wainscotting, 1' overhang (soffit), weathervanes, vents, and insulation.

Items you will need to provide to complete your own building project:

Labor, site prep, tools, drills, saws, and equipment rentals (generally the trusses on our smaller buildings are small enough to be lifted and set by hand however larger trusses may require a lift).
